Energy Care Canada Home Services Inc. installs, replaces, repairs, and maintains commercial rooftop HVAC equipment for properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Work is scheduled at the building. The model, fuel type, and scope of work are confirmed on site before service begins.
Scheduled Commercial Rooftop HVAC Maintenance
Energy Care can arrange a maintenance program for the rooftop HVAC equipment at your property. Visits are scheduled with the owner or property manager and focus on the inspections and operating checks that apply to each unit. How often we attend is confirmed for that building before the program starts.
Who we serve
We work with commercial property owners, property managers, retail stores, offices, and other commercial buildings across the GTA.
Installation & Replacement
We install new rooftop HVAC units and replace existing units when the roof, structure, gas or electric supply, and duct connections support the change. Equipment selection and the scope of work are confirmed before installation begins.
Heating & Cooling Repair
When a rooftop unit will not heat, will not cool, or will not run through a normal cycle, we diagnose the fault and complete the repairs the equipment supports, subject to technician availability.
Troubleshooting
We trace operating problems such as no heat, no cooling, short cycling, unusual noise, and controls that do not respond. Findings are explained before repair work proceeds.
Preventive Maintenance
Planned maintenance covers inspection, cleaning, and operating checks for the equipment on the roof. It helps keep units in working order between repairs. The tasks for each visit depend on the unit.
What a service visit can include
These checks are completed where they apply to the equipment. A cooling-only unit does not receive gas heat-exchanger or combustion checks.
Heat exchanger inspections
On gas-fired rooftop units, we inspect the heat exchanger for conditions that affect safe heating operation.
Combustion safety checks
On gas-fired equipment, we check combustion and related safety controls as part of heating service.
Airflow assessment
We review airflow through the unit and connected ducts when poor airflow is affecting heating or cooling.
Filters and coils
We inspect filters and coils and clean or replace them when that work is part of the visit.
Electrical controls
We check electrical connections and operating controls that the unit uses to start, stop, and change modes.
Equipment performance testing
We run the unit and check that heating and cooling respond as the equipment is designed to operate.
