Commercial HVAC Services

Inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement for commercial heating and cooling equipment across the Greater Toronto Area.

Service for commercial buildings

Energy Care Canada Home Services Inc. works with property owners and property managers on the HVAC equipment at their buildings. Visits are scheduled at the property. The equipment, the fault, and the scope of work are confirmed before service begins.

Commercial Rooftop HVAC

We inspect, diagnose, repair, maintain, and replace packaged rooftop heating and cooling units. An inspection reviews the condition of the unit. Diagnostics trace why it will not heat, cool, or run a normal cycle. Repairs are limited to the work the equipment supports.

Maintenance covers the checks agreed for that unit. A maintenance program is a series of scheduled visits, and the equipment list and visit schedule are confirmed with the owner or property manager before it starts. Replacement is considered when the roof and the existing connections can accept a new unit.

Cooling Towers

We inspect cooling towers that serve commercial HVAC systems and carry out the maintenance agreed for the visit. When a building is ready to end the cooling season, we can shut the tower down for that property. The tasks depend on the tower and the building’s operating schedule.

Circulation Pumps

Circulation pumps move water through commercial heating and cooling piping. If pumps are part of the HVAC system at your building, include them when you contact us. The pump, the connected piping, and the scope of work are confirmed on site.

Water-Loop Heat Pumps

Some commercial and multi-unit buildings heat and cool individual spaces with heat pumps connected to a shared water loop. We inspect and repair those heat pumps and the controls that serve them. The condition of each unit, and whether the shared loop is part of the visit, is confirmed on site.

Industrial HVAC & Mechanical Services

Industrial sites can include HVAC equipment, piping, and other mechanical systems in the same building. Tell us which equipment needs attention so the visit can be scoped at the property.
